We do not offer traditional room service, but you can order certain dishes and pick them up at the restaurant during its opening hours.

If you have forgotten your toothbrush, toothpaste, or other essentials, a small selection is available for purchase at our reception.

Our organic and nutritious country-style breakfast buffet is served:

The buffet includes fresh fruit, homemade bread, homemade muesli, jams, cold cuts, cheeses, Britta’s herring, bacon, scrambled eggs, boiled eggs, smoothies, and much more.

What time is check-in?
Check-in is available from 3:00 PM on the day of arrival.

What time is check-out?
For individual guests, check-out is no later than 11:00 AM on the day of departure. For conferences and groups, check-out is no later than 10:00 AM.

Can we get early check-in or late check-out?
If you need an early check-in or late check-out, please contact us, and we will do our best to find a suitable solution for you.

Yes, we have done our best to create an accessible and comfortable environment for all guests.

Hotel rooms: All rooms on floors above ground level are accessible by elevator.

Restaurant and entrances: Our restaurant has an entrance ramp, and the doors to the Spa Villa, restaurant, conference villa, and reception are equipped with automatic door openers for easy and smooth access.

Wheelchair-friendly rooms: The best options for wheelchair users are in the Spa Villa, where the bathrooms and door widths are extra spacious.

Specially adapted room: We also have a specifically adapted room in Villa 5, equipped with toilet arm supports, a shower stool, and a lower sink for increased accessibility.

Parking: We offer designated parking spaces near the entrances for guests with reduced mobility.

We offer dog-friendly rooms in Villa 4, Villa 5, and our standalone cottages. Please note that the availability of these rooms is not visible in our online booking system, so we recommend contacting us directly to book and ensure that a dog-friendly room is available.

Dogs are not allowed in the restaurant, but they are warmly welcome on our outdoor terrace during the warmer months.

Cancellation Policy and Refunds

All cancellations must be made in writing via email to info@hestraviken.se.

If your booking has been prepaid, we will refund the amount to the same card used for payment. Please note that it may take up to seven business days for the refund to appear in your account. The refund amount depends on when the cancellation is made:

Packages and Offers

Free cancellation and rescheduling up to seven days before arrival.

For cancellations made between six days and the arrival day, 85% of the amount will be charged, meaning 15% will be refunded.

Note: A rescheduling is considered a cancellation followed by a new booking.

Bed & Breakfast Flex

Free cancellation and rescheduling until 6:00 PM the day before arrival.

For later cancellations, the first night’s stay will be charged, and the remaining amount will be refunded.

Bed & Breakfast – Non-Refundable

No free cancellation or rescheduling.For cancellations or rescheduling, 100% of the amount will be charged, and no refund will be given.

Peace of Mind with Cancellation Protection

Add our cancellation protection at the time of booking for extra security and flexibility! With this protection, you can cancel up until the arrival day if an unforeseen event occurs, such as illness or an accident, provided you can present valid documentation, such as a doctor’s certificate.

If you cancel at least seven days before arrival, our standard policy applies, meaning free cancellation except for the cost of the cancellation protection. For later cancellations, the full amount of your stay will be refunded, excluding the cancellation protection, as long as you can provide documentation verifying the unforeseen event.

Groups and Conferences

Cancellation policies for groups of more than 10 people and conferences may vary. Please contact us for more details and terms.

Is spa entry included when staying with you?
No, spa entry is not automatically included. It is only included in our spa packages with a pre-set time slot.

Have you booked a room with breakfast or a package without spa entry? Then you can add one or more time slots for an additional fee.

For two-day packages, spa entry is sometimes included for only one day. Would you like to visit the spa on both days or on your departure day? Simply add extra time slots at a favorable price.
