Hestravikens restaurant

The restaurant has a lovely atmosphere almost as if you were visiting a beautiful home, where everything has it´s personal touch. There are Small charming dining rooms, lounges, a bar and a veranda designed as a pleasant winter garden with a open fireplace.

The kitchen is the heart of Hestraviken and surprises with beautiful dishes prepared with a high ambition. Fresh seasonal ingredients that are from the neighborhood and nature’s own pantry. The cuisine has roots in the Swedish tradition and inspired by Mediterranean cuisine. The deserts are a hallmark that gets a little extra love.

Do You have something special to celebrate or a special occasion that requires a festive meal ?? Book a table and pre-order from our seasonal menues that vary from the different seasons.

The menues can be pre-ordered for a gruop of at least 10 persons. For smaller groups, please order from our a la carte menue. The menues below is not included in our overnight packages.

To achieve the best possible service and quality, we ask You please to agree on the same menu and let us know your choice of menu seven workingdays before you visit us. Of course we take into account any eventual food allergy or special diet. Drinks to the menu can be ordered in advance or determined upon arrival. We are happy to help You with beverage suggestions.

We primarily use local and organic products in our restaurant. The breakfast at Hetraviken is certified and aproved by Krav. The KRAV-label is the most well-known symbol in Sweden for organically produced food

Breakfast

An ecological and healthy country breakfast buffet is included when you stay with us.

At the buffet, there are fresh fruit, homemade müssli, homemade jams, pastries, homemade bread, Britta’s herring, bacon, sausage, eggs, cured meats and cheeses, smoothies, etc.

Breakfast is served Monday to Friday. 07.00-09.30, Saturday. 07:00-10:00 am, Sunday. 07:30-10:00 am

Even guests who do not stay with us are welcome to just enjoy our breakfast subject to availability. Make a reservation before you come!
