The restaurant has a lovely atmosphere almost as if you were visiting a beautiful home, where everything has it´s personal touch. There are Small charming dining rooms, lounges, a bar and a veranda designed as a pleasant winter garden with a open fireplace.
The kitchen is the heart of Hestraviken and surprises with beautiful dishes prepared with a high ambition. Fresh seasonal ingredients that are from the neighborhood and nature’s own pantry. The cuisine has roots in the Swedish tradition and inspired by Mediterranean cuisine. The deserts are a hallmark that gets a little extra love.

We primarily use local and organic products in our restaurant. The breakfast at Hetraviken is certified and aproved by Krav. The KRAV-label is the most well-known symbol in Sweden for organically produced food

Breakfast bag is included of your choice when you stay with us
Every day we also offer a change to a breakfast bag for take-out instead of buffet. It can be enjoyed in the restaurant or taken with you. You need to pre-order your breakfast bag at the time of booking or at the latest the day before.
An ecological and healthy country breakfast buffet is included when you stay with us.
We have introduced routines and monitoring at our breakfast buffet so that queuing or congestion does not occur. It is important that you follow our instructions. The buffet is to a greater extent portion-packed and can be chosen to be enjoyed on site or taken to the room.
At the buffet, there are fresh fruit, homemade müssli, homemade jams, pastries, homemade bread, Britta’s herring, bacon, sausage, eggs, cured meats and cheeses, smoothies, etc.
Breakfast is served Monday to Friday. 07.00-09.30, Saturday. 07:00-10:00 am, Sunday. 07:30-10:00 am
