Important information

For a relaxing spa experience

To ensure a relaxing experience for everyone, we kindly ask for a calm and respectful atmosphere in the spa area.

Riverside Spa is a place for relaxation, not a play area.
No playing, jumping, or running in the pools or facilities – the water is meant for calm bathing and peaceful enjoyment, and the environment is intended for rest and relaxation.
Children and teenagers up to 18 years must always be accompanied by an adult throughout the entire visit.
All guests are expected to maintain a low noise level and show consideration for other visitors.

If the rules are not followed, the staff has the right to ask you to leave Riverside Spa immediately, without a refund.

If you’re unsure whether your child can follow the rules, we recommend instead renting our private relaxation area or, during summer, using the pools by the restaurant.

Give your child a lovely moment of relaxation and enjoy the spa together in our nature-inspired oasis!
