We are proud of our Nordic Swan Ecolabel certification, which helps us work in a structured and goal-oriented way toward a more sustainable operation. In addition, our restaurant is KRAV-certified, ensuring that we offer organic and sustainable ingredients.

  • We actively work to reduce our consumption of energy, heating, and water.
    We purchase 100% eco-labelled electricity.
    Waste sorting is a given in our operations, and we strive to minimize the amount of waste we produce.
    Through the app Karma, we help reduce food waste by selling surplus food.
  • We prioritize suppliers with strong environmental responsibility, including through our collaboration with the purchasing organization Nores.
    When planning menus and selecting ingredients, we focus on seasonal, organic, KRAV-labelled, and locally produced products.
    We renovate our furniture whenever possible instead of buying new.
    Most of our furniture and interior decor comes from local manufacturers in the surrounding area.
